Partners64 was founded by Claudio J. Muñoz — an engineer, marketer, and strategist with 20+ years of experience leading innovation and commercial growth across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. He led major initiatives at Kimberly-Clark and Körber Tissue (now Valmet), launching technologies that generated over $400M in sales and delivered $20M+ in fiber-efficiency savings in the first year, sustaining $10–20M+ annually thereafter. He also co-managed the Cottonelle® brand — now a $1B+ business. Claudio brings deep technical knowledge in pulp & paper sciences, engineering, and manufacturing, coupled with strong commercial acumen and experience advancing paper-based packaging solutions and the economics of EPR compliance. His expertise bridges the critical gap between technical capabilities and market demands, driving both innovation and measurable business value. In 2012, he received SHPE's Star of Tomorrow award, recognizing him as a top emerging Hispanic engineer in the U.S. He holds master's degrees in Materials Science and Engineering (University of Wisconsin–Madison) and Pulp and Paper Sciences (University of Guadalajara), along with a Chemical Engineering degree (University of Concepción, Chile).

We partner closely, understanding your unique challenges to craft customized, integrated solutions. We roll up our sleeves, work alongside your teams, and stay accountable for lasting results.
Ideas, observations, and insights from across the industrial value chain.
After decades of product innovation, the balance of competitive advantage in consumer tissue is shifting.
Why integration may become one of the defining challenges in scaling paper-based packaging.
Distribution can be 10 to 30 percent of delivered cost in U.S. tissue. You cannot optimize your way out of a low-density product.
Coating chemistry gets the attention; the substrate underneath gets treated as a given. That is backwards, and an expensive way to find out.
Let's discuss your most pressing challenges — and explore how we can solve them together, creating integrated strategies that deliver measurable impact and sustainable growth.
